Join us for a virtual cooking class with Chef Tony! Chef Tony will focus on the pasta dish and how to utilize garden products from the summer and early fall months. The menu will include: roasted tomato basil pasta, sauteed white fish with rosemary orange citrus white wine butter, sauteed Juliann of zucchini, yellow squash, red peppers and carrots, and sauteed medallions of tenderloin finished with an herb compound butter.
